ROLE OVERVIEW: We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Solution Architect to join our technical team in Irving. This is a collaborative role for a builder who enjoys working alongside other engineers to deliver high-quality solutions. You will be a key contributor to our Media Cloud implementation and work with the team to build out our Agentforce autonomous agents, balancing technical design with daily development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Hands-on Development: Contribute daily to the codebase by writing Apex, building complex Flows, and configuring Media Cloud components alongside the development team. - Collaborative Agentforce Building: Partner with team members in Agentforce Studio to build and tune AI agents, helping to create Prompt Templates and Apex actions that power autonomous reasoning. - Team-Based Design: Participate in architectural whiteboarding sessions to help design end-to-end systems that integrate Media Cloud with the existing tech stack. - ALM & DevOps Participation: Utilize Jira for task management and GitHub with Copado for version control and automated deployments, ensuring smooth releases within the team workflow. - Prototyping & POCs: Work with the team t...
