Description GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES: Responsible for administering, directing, planning and coordinating all operations to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction. Will be responsible for working as an MOA in the clinic as needed. ESSENTIAL FUNTIONS: 1. Answer phone calls 2. Schedule appointments 3. Patient Consults (patients asking for consults and consults sent by MD) a. Skin care b. Make up c. Pre peel regimens d. Acne 4. Procedures a. Facials b. Microdermabrasion c. Light therapy d. Chemical Peel e. Transdermal Topical Infusion 5. Sell products a. Skin care lines b. Cosmetic lines 6. Oversees daily office operations and delegates authority as necessary. 7. Develops guidelines for prioritizing work activities, evaluating effectiveness, and modifying activities as necessary. 8. Identifies, analyzes, and resolves work problems. 9. Assists supervisors to develop and implement short and long term work plans and objectives. 10. Assists supervisors in understanding/implementing clinic policies and procedures. 11.
