We’re looking for an experienced Regional, Field-Based Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support our growing Central and West Coast field organization. This role serves as a trusted strategic advisor to regional and market leaders, translating business objectives into people strategies that drive performance, engagement, and retention. The Sr. Regional HRBP will balance strategic partnership and hands-on execution, with deep involvement in employee relations, talent management, compliance, and culture across a multi-state footprint. This role requires strong business acumen, sound judgment, and the ability to influence leaders at all levels while operating effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. *This position can sit on-site at our HQ in Philadelphia, or work remotely out of Charlotte or Atlanta* Sweet Position Perks: - 4 day work week!!
