Position Summary: Aleut Federal is seeking a senior, market-facing technical leader specializing in custom software development and DevSecOps transformation across U.S. federal environments. This role operates across the full lifecycle - from opportunity shaping and technical solutioning through capture, proposal development, pricing, and post-award delivery assurance. The successful candidate will directly influence technical win strategies while maintaining accountability for execution fidelity. The ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer-architect who can design modern, cloud-native systems, implement secure DevSecOps pipelines, and translate engineering capabilities into differentiated, winning solutions. This is a build, sell, and validate role with direct impact on growth and delivery outcomes.
