We are looking for a Outbound Coordinator to join our European Distribution Center team. In this role, you will combine hands-on warehouse operations with team coordination responsibilities, ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient outbound logistics processes. You will act as a key support to the Supervisor and step in as backup when needed. Key Responsibilities: Execute daily warehouse activities: receiving, inspection, putaway, replenishment, picking, packing, shipping, and loading Ensure compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485 / ISO 14001) and internal procedures, with full traceability of goods Maintain accurate system updates (SAP/ERP) and perform inventory controls such as cycle counts Prepare and coordinate shipments, including emergency requests, and ensure optimal packaging and labeling Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment Support the Supervisor and coordinate team...
