Job Description About the role: As a Production Operator at our Longford site, you will play a key role in manufacturing high-quality materials used in medical and healthcare applications worldwide. You will work in a clean, safety-focused environment where precision, teamwork, and accountability are essential to delivering products that make a real impact. Our facility operates on a two-shift rotation system. Candidates must be available for both cycles: Our predictable two-shift rotation is planned well in advance, giving you the clarity you need to manage your personal commitments with ease. We also recognize and reward your flexibility through a dedicated shift premium system, which increases your earning potential based on the specific hours you work. Apart from the two-shift rotation, we offer a dedicated night shift from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM with no rotation.
