The Opportunity We’re seeking a strategic, hands-on VP of Finance to lead all financial operations for our multi-entity healthcare organization. You’ll oversee corporate accounting, consolidations, FP&A, payroll, tax, compliance, and financial systems ensuring timely, accurate reporting while delivering actionable insights to support operational and strategic decisions. What You’ll Do: Lead Finance Operations: Oversee day-to-day finance across all entities, month-end close, and consolidated reporting. Drive Multi-Entity Accounting: Manage intercompany transactions, audits, and compliance across multiple reporting entities. Own FP&A: Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and enterprise-level financial insights. Manage Health Authority & Funding Reporting: Ensure compliance with provincial agreements and standardize reporting across facilities.
