Responsibilities: Organizing Compensation and Benefits Programs: - Managing and coordinating the provision of various benefits, including Health Insurance (DMS), reimbursement for sports and education expenses, and overtime payments.. - Consulting employees on school and educational program choices, as well as assisting in organizing reimbursement for employees' children’s education expenses. - Managing the mobile phone program for employees, including setting conditions and controlling expenses.
