This role blends contract drafting, review, negotiation support, and administrative support. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, and able to collaborate across departments. The primary responsibility of this position is to provide support to the Deputy General Counsel; Senior Counsel, Commercial; and Senior Counsel, Privacy & Technology with drafting, negotiating, and tracking a wide variety of commercial contracts, data protection agreements, and other related matters.
