We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Lincolnshire to assist with the appointment of a Customer Service Advisor, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Rate of Pay : £12.76 - £16.49 per hour Summary: The Customer Service Advisor will work within the Adult Care Team at the Customer Service Centre, acting as the first point of contact for a wide range of council services. The role involves handling enquiries from the public and professionals via phone and email, providing information, advice, and support, including safeguarding concerns and access to Adult Care and Wellbeing services.
