People & Culture Business Partner

Tomorrow.io is currently looking for a People & Culture Business Partner to support our Golden, CO office (specifically focusing on our innovative Space & Sensors department) by assisting in attracting and retaining the best talent possible. In this role, you’ll report to our VP of People & Culture and partner with our teams to design and execute end-to-end strategies that enhance employee experience, engagement, and performance. We need a doer who can pivot from high-level planning to granular execution. The role will be part of a highly collaborative global P&C team and will be a key driver in helping to embed a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusivity. This role requires working from our location in Golden, CO approx. 3 days per week.
