Construction Foreman Department: Outside Plant Reports To: OSP Project Manager POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Foreman to lead field crews in the installation of fiber optic infrastructure. This hands-on role involves supervising daily construction activities, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and according to project specifications. The ideal candidate has a strong background in telecom or fiber optic construction, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to quality and safety standards. Currently hiring for 1 open position. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Supervise and coordinate daily activities of fiber optic construction crews (aerial and/or underground) - Ensure proper installation of conduit, handholes, fiber optic cable, and related infrastructure - Interpret and execute construction plans, blueprints, and work orders - Maintain daily job site documentation including crew timesheets, materials used, and progress reports - Enforce safety protocols and procedures, ensuring all work complies with OSHA, company, and local standards - Communicate effectively with Project Managers, inspectors, subcontractors, and crew members - Coordi...
