Key Accountabilities: - Offer professional, friendly phone etiquette to all guest and colleague calls for service. - Document all orders accurately with specific guest requests communicated. - Assist in other areas as per Laundry Manager and Laundry instruction. - Document all orders in a neat and organized fashion. - Report all Lost and Found to housekeeping office - Deliver laundry in a positive, friendly manner. - Offer to hang and/or unwrap clothing. - Offer additional assistance in general terms.
