Compliance Manager – Supported Living & Mental Health Reporting to: Head of Governance & Compliance Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 + Car Allowance Contract: Full-Time | Permanent | Hybrid Location: Midlands & North of England (multi-site travel required) About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Compliance Manager to join our growing organisation and support the delivery of safe, effective and high-quality Mental Health Supported Living services. This is a key role within the Quality and Governance function, working closely with the Head of Governance & Compliance to strengthen and continuously improve governance frameworks, compliance systems, operational processes and quality assurance across the organisation. The successful candidate will bring extensive working knowledge of CQC regulations, inspection frameworks and Adult Social Care compliance standards , alongside hands-on experience of conducting internal audits, mock inspections and service reviews within regulated mental health or supported living environments.
