Summary The Director of Project Controls & Analytics is responsible for leading the execution and implementation of enterprise‑wide transformation initiatives, cross‑functional integration efforts, and project controls practices across Ahtna and its family of companies. This role focuses on translating executive strategy into disciplined execution, ensuring consistency, visibility, and accountability across business lines. Supporting Ahtna’s Construction, Environmental, and Services business lines, the Director partners closely with operational leaders and Business Support Services functions—including Finance, IT, HR, and Contracts—to embed transformation initiatives into day‑to‑day operations. This position leads enterprise project controls execution, performance reporting, and initiative tracking while leveraging shared services infrastructure as those functions continue to mature. The Director plays a key role in advancing standardized project controls, performance intelligence, and data‑driven decision‑making across the enterprise, while supporting leadership with actionable insights and operational transparency.
