The HR Operations Manager is essential to delivering outstanding HR operations across multiple areas including HR systems management, compliance, immigration support, and strategic process improvement. This role leverages HR technology and automation to drive operational excellence while managing critical HR functions that directly impact our employees and the organization. The HR Operations Manager will optimize HR processes and systems, ensure regulatory compliance, support international mobility initiatives, and lead cross-functional HR operations projects that enhance both efficiency and employee experience. This role will report to the Senior Director of HR Operations. Responsibilities: HRIS Operations, Data Governance & Reporting – Execute day‑to‑day HRIS operations, including data management, dashboards, reporting, and employee data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness. Ensure timely and compliant flow of HR data to Finance, IT, and Internal Audit, while supporting HCM optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to standardize and automate HR processes. - HR Compliance, Audits & Records Management – Serve as the primary contact for all corporate HR audit activi...
