CSS Program Manager Description -: Consumer Services & Solutions (CSS) is responsible for several online consumer subscription businesses: Instant Ink, Instant Paper, All-In-Plan. CSS moves at a very fast pace to deliver innovation and continuous improvement cycles in order to improve customer experience and meet aggressive business performance goals. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end development and launch of new / updated experiences by closely engaging with a broad set of cross-functional partners to remove roadblocks, align priorities, and collaborate on improvements. Additionally, the role drives closed-loop analysis efforts, streamlines processes, and identifies opportunities to enhance efficiencies. This role is responsible for leading cross-functional teams and external agencies in developing and executing GTM plans and budgets that align with business objectives and opportunities. The role oversees the development and communication of closed-loop post-analyses for marketing programs, and executes messaging and customer segmentation strategies to enhance engagement.
