Position Summary: The Collections Specialist is responsible for all collection activities after third-party funding has been exhausted. Minimum Qualifications: Required - High School Diploma or Equivalent - Two (2) to Four (4) years Collections experience Preferred: - Bachelor’s Degree Essential Job Functions: In addition to the essential functions of the job listed below, employees must have on-time completion of all required education as assigned per DNV requirements, Bozeman Health policy, and other registry requirements. - Follows up on patient accounts to insure compliance with financial agreements - Coordinates financial agreement with patients Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrates sound judgement, patience, and maintains a professional demeanor at all times - Computer applications, MS Office, EMR, internet applications and standard office equipment - Exercises tact, discretion, sensitivity and maintains confidentiality - Strong emotional intelligence, interpersonal and teamwork skills - Detail oriented, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize Schedule Requirements: - This role requires reg...
