Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, Information Systems, or a related field. - 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, with a focus on personalization and audience targeting. - Demonstrated experience with ecommerce platforms, personalization strategy and execution, online marketing, or digital merchandising. - Strong technical aptitude with web-based tools, CMS platforms, and MS Office Suite, with advanced proficiency in personalization or targeting tools such as Optimizely. Job Summary: Creates and delivers tailored, data-driven digital experiences that deepen customer engagement and drive conversion. Leverages customer behavior insights and enterprise analytics to design and activate targeted experiences, and partners closely with cross-functional teams including Site Execution, Search Operations, UX, Analytics, and Category and Site Merchandising to refine customer journeys and continuously optimize performance.
