Job Title: Patient Guest Services Assistant I Location: Canton Facility: Mercy Hospital Department: Volunteer Services-Cleveland Clinic Mercy Hospital Job Code: G10015: Shift: Day/Evening/Night/Weekend Schedule: 7:00am-7:30pm/9:00am-6:30pm Job Summary: Provides customer service by providing directions to patient rooms or other areas of the hospital, and serving as local resource to visitors and ensuring a safe environment for patients, guests and colleagues.
