The Opportunity: In this role, you will lead the Customs Product team and ensure our offering stays competitive, compliant, and aligned with customer needs in a fast-changing market. You will drive financial performance, strengthen our product positioning, and work closely with Sales, CX, and Operations to deliver value to customers. This is a high-visibility, commercially impactful role with direct influence on product strategy, pricing, and market success.
