Job DetailsJob Location: Natomas Center Based - Sacramento, CA 95833Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 Salary/year Job Summary: The Supervising Behavior Consultant utilizes discretion and independent judgment in carrying out job duties and goals of the organization. The Supervising Behavior Consultant trains and oversees multiple BCBA and Mid-Level Behavior Consultants while they develop, deliver, and monitor individualized behavior programs of early intervention treatment for children with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) with the goal of a more effective and improved quality of life for each individual. The Supervising Behavior Consultant ensures appropriate collaboration is occurring between all members of the child’s treatment team with emphasis on parent and care giver participation on a regular basis. They are responsible for the performance of their staff and each program’s overall progress.
