Job Description Provides clinical and related services to clients of the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Physician’s Resource Network (PRN). Provides guidance to team members in order to identify and resolve personal/interpersonal concerns that may affect job performance of employees. Provides consultation and training to organization leadership to assist in management of employee issues that affect job performance. Job Responsibility: - Provides guidance to team members to identify and resolve personal/ interpersonal concerns including, but not limited to: health, disability, marital, family, financial, substance use, emotional, stress, workplace or other issues that may affect job performance of the employees. - Develops a written, individualized appropriate plan of action and determines referral recommendations and selection of resources based on client’s needs; recommends or refers client to appropriate resources for problem resolution.
