Brown and Caldwell has an exciting opportunity for a full-time Sr. Marketing/Proposal Specialist in our growth-oriented engineering, environmental consulting, and construction firm serving our Western Business Unit’s Northwest (Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and Western Canada) Area. The position is ideal for candidates with a passion for strategic business development, compelling writing, and creative thinking. We are looking for candidates who are self-driven, curious, efficient with deadlines, and able to work effectively with diverse teams of engineers, marketers, and design staff to create persuasive content and standout deliverables. The Sr. Marketing role entails completing challenging assignments independently and performing sophisticated marketing tasks. It involves playing a lead role on higher-level marketing or sales pursuits. This role requires minimal supervision with significant latitude for independent judgment. The position uses advanced skills to establish innovative techniques or strategies as well as be involved in teaching less-experienced team members and supporting supervisors.
