General Job Description: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for developing a client base while managing large-scale construction projects from inception to successful completion. This role involves the strategic management of field labor in conjunction with field leadership. The Senior Project Manager serves as the primary point of contact for the business and the customer, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and meet all contractual obligations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Project Management - The Senior Project Manager is the single source responsibility to the company and the customer. - Partners with other project managers to successfully execute prime scopes of work. - Perform all project management functions required to promote and finalize sales including concept engineering, complete estimates, written proposals, direct meetings, to successful job completion. - Successful management of contracts, including sales, estimating, procurement, and execution - Oversight of field labor and installation sequencing between the customer and the company's field leadership. - Utilize internal resources to the fullest extent necessary to meet the customer requiremen...
