EUAS Systems Engineer

Overview i3 is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with a strong understanding of requirements management, production, and systems execution to support the Endurance Uncrewed Aircraft Systems (EUAS) Product Office. This role involves providing oversight across the full product lifecycle, including requirements development and traceability, system design, integration, testing, deployment, and sustainment. The ideal candidate will deliver technical solutions to complex challenges requiring in-depth analysis and evaluation of multiple factors. Responsibilities include overseeing the integration of hardware and software applications, expeditionary ground control systems, and managing Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) developments across a program lifecycle. Responsibilities: Candidates with knowledge of Agile software development methodologies are preferred. The role requires strong communication skills, including the ability to deliver technical and programmatic briefings, and the capacity to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple organizations.
