The Restaurant Host/Hostess provides friendly, excellent service to all customers who come to the casino’s restaurant. QUALIFICATIONS: - Handles all aspects of the food operation during assigned shift. - Ensures Front Service staff behavior and appearance are in compliance with established policy. - Ensures that customer’s problems/complaints are handled in an effective, courteous manner. - Directly oversees staff on assigned shift. - Schedules lunch breaks and maintains employee break records. - Acts as a role model to other employees, always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars and encourages others to do the same. - Conducts assigned duties according to procedures. - Greets guests quickly and courteously. - Seat Guest promptly and with a smile - Able to sell guest on all seating areas of the restaurant (i.e. bar and patio) - Be aware of table status and control seating times - Helps service guests as necessary in a team aspect (May include but not limited to: bussing tables, taking drink orders, rolling silverware, etc.) - Knows how to ring up all transactions and all tenders. - Assists the Service Attendants/Counter Attendants/Culinary areas when needed. - Handles and solves...
