As a Senior Pavement Engineer, you’ll take a leading role in designing durable, cost-effective pavement solutions while guiding teams across complex, multi-disciplinary projects. What you’ll do: You’ll lead and contribute across the full project lifecycle, bringing both technical expertise and leadership: - Lead the design and review of flexible and rigid pavement systems - Provide technical oversight on pavement materials, mix designs and concrete mix registers - Drive high-quality technical reporting, design documentation and drawing reviews - Lead multidisciplinary collaboration on major infrastructure projects - Guide and mentor junior engineers, supporting capability uplift - Identify and manage risks across projects, applying safety in design principles - Contribute to and review proposals, including tec...
