Role: Program Manager, Housing Stabilization and CES Department: Housing Department Reports To: Program Manager Location: 90404 and 90018 Status: Full-time/Exempt/Management Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm Benefits: Medical, Vision, Dental, Life Insurance, 403(b) Retirement plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), etc. Openings: 1 SUMMARY: The Program Manager, Housing Stabilization and CES will provide oversite to case management staff that are responsible for field-based services to single adults experiencing homelessness as they transition into permanent housing. Primary responsibilities of the selected candidate include supervising a team of up to four or more program staff by providing oversite, coordination of services, ensuring that staff work with clients to access permanent housing opportunities by locating best fit housing options, implementation of housing stabilization plans, and coordination of multiple services to meet each clients' needs.
