ABOUT THE ROLE: As a Loss Prevention Partner (LPP) in our Profit Protection team you'll add value to the efficiency and profitability of the shop where you are based and be an integral part of the team. You'll investigate trends and report on key themes regarding shrinkage to protect our profits. You'll protect your fellow Partners and customers patrolling the shop floor to deter potential theft and monitor CCTV for signs of suspicious behaviour. In addition to your contractual pay, any time worked between 22:00 - 06:00 will attract Night Premium at a rate of £4.25 per hour. This will also apply to existing Partners who have enrolled onto Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements. Due to its nature, you need to be 18-years or older to work in this role. You’ll work on a rota basis and will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
