Job description

The Group Investment Management (GIM) Team is hiring for a Senior Manager – Data Scientist to work in the Tooling and Data Team. Your ability to interpret and use data science and analytics to deliver your work and support the team is essential. You will be able to use pro-actively measure and predict programme execution risk, using machine learning and AI to develop early warning risk indicators helping steer senior leadership attention to the parts of the portfolio where delivery of planned benefits and outcomes is at risk. Your ability to present a suite of dashboards and metrics to provide senior management with tools for prioritisation and analysis will be key. The predictive risk metrics you will develop will allow timely management intervention, avoiding costly last minute write off and help foster a delivery discipline and delivery transparency culture. You will play a pivotal role in transforming complex programme data into predictive insights that drive strategic investment decisions.
