Location: Remote Recruiter: Allison Schock Internal Candidate Eligibility Criteria: 1. Is a Lincoln Electric employee with at least 1 year of service 2. Is NOT on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP ) Purpose: This is a US based, remote position, focused on the US market. Increase our market share in the assigned territory while maximizing the sales value and margins. Influence product/application portfolios to achieve growth within the market. Develop and execute sales strategy to meet or exceed target revenue objectives. A skilled and experienced EV Channel Sales Specialist will have experience in both public facing and fleet sales as well as experience working with distributors. Ideal candidate should be located within the Mountain or Midwest Region, but open to candidates elsewhere willing to travel 50-60% of the year.
