Job description

Purpose of Role The primary responsibility of the Warehouse Manager is to ensure the efficient and timely delivery of all orders processed through a high-velocity fulfillment facility. This individual must monitor the overall performance of the shipping/warehouse team, provide visibility to system gaps and challenges, and be able to drive improvements within the facility and across the value stream. This individual will be responsible for inventory management and working with the buyer/planner for item replenishment. Areas of Accountabilities: Lead the warehouse team: · Review and maintain staffing levels required to meet daily activity. · Ensure all associates receive quarterly KA reviews, detailed annual performance reviews and continuous value-added feedback · Coach, manage, and lead the warehouse team in pursuit of efficient and timely fulfillment and in alignment with our core values. · Provide concise reporting to management on shipping/warehousing performance. · Create a culture of continuous improvement and discipline to standards (e.g. 5S, Standard work, etc.) that enables growth for everyone.
