Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Controller manages day-to-day accounting operations and ensures accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with company policies. This role translates operational activity into reliable financial information. REPORTS TO: CFO: SUPERVISES: Senior Accountant and Business Analyst ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: - Oversee general ledger, month-end close, and financial statement preparation - Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, and standard costing processes - Monitor working capital, receivables, payables, and inventory levels - Improve accounting processes, systems, and reporting efficiency - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Coordinate annual audit, tax preparation, and regulatory filings - Maintain internal controls and ensure GAAP compliance - Regular and timely attendance is an expectation of the position - 5S foundations for deploying more advanced lean production tools and processes Requirements: COMPETENCIES: - Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred - 5–10 years of accounting experience, including supervisory responsibility - Manufacturing and cost accounting experience is...
