Food Sanitation Specialist (New Mexico) Description/Job Summary: Location: Ft Bliss, New Mexico: Pay Rate: $17.90 / hr: General Responsibilities: The principal responsibility of the Food Sanitation Specialist (FSS) is to ensure the proper cleaning and maintenance of the kitchen and dining facility in accordance with the contract requirements. The FSS must communicate to supervisor any specific problems in their immediate area. The FSS will relocate foods, beverages, and cleaning supplies to the immediate work area. Basic Qualifications: - Must have a strong customer service, experienced with food service. - Ability to provide cleaning services within a Food Service environment. - Must have solid work ethics. - Must be able to maintain clearance for base access. - Must be able to work split shifts, weekends, and holidays - Must be able to read, speak and write English fluently Experience: - Demonstrated history of related Food Service cleaning preferably with a major institution or the military is desired.
