A security supervisor is responsible for overseeing and managing a team of security guards, ensuring the safety and security of a facility by monitoring surveillance systems, responding to incidents, training staff on security protocols, and coordinating with law enforcement, when necessary, while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures. Our ideal candidate is former/current military, former law enforcement, or from a security background. Managerial and security experience is preferred, but we are happy to teach, train and mentor individuals with little experience.
