Job description

Qualifications: - Provide excellent service consistent with the property’s Platinum service standards to ensure the guest has a positive and memorable experience at TI. - Stay up-to-date on TI products, services and incentives in order to effectively inform guests about their options while visiting TI. - Greet each guest with a warm and sincere welcome. - Promote at least one TI product, service or incentive with each guest, to establish guest rapport. - Thank guests for their patronage at the conclusion of each transaction. - Maintain a professional, courteous and friendly atmosphere to ensure efficient operations and provide the guest with an extraordinary gaming experience. - Minimize guest wait times by accurately completing transactions. - Redeem guest’s chips, slot machine tickets and Race & Sports tickets. - Handle cash for cash exchanges. - Accept marker payments and front money deposits. - Issue cage markers and customer deposit withdrawals. - Utilize computer terminals for the cashing of personal checks for guests. - Maintain chip purchases and EZ Pay Ticket purchases (slot machine tickets). - Perform credit/debit card transactions through cash advance systems. - Assist g...
