Timmons Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Project Engineer I candidates for in our Charlotte, NC office. A Civil Project Engineer I is responsible for designing, building, supervising, operating, and maintaining large construction projects and systems, including roadways, piping systems, utilities, land grading specifications, and other infrastructural systems for commercial and residential building sites. Timmons Group is currently seeking candidates for the Land Development group. Essential duties and responsibilities of a successful candidate include but are not limited to: - Design project components using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other industry-standard software. - Complete calculations using engineering formulas and skills and/or utilizes computers in order to solve problems - Research and prepare material specifications, installation guidelines, and inspection protocols. - Work to complete design details and plan sets - Complete field observation, inspection and data collection duties as dire...
