Brice Builders LLC Temporary: JOB SUMMARY: The Construction Laborer performs a variety of physical labor tasks on construction sites. In this position the laborer prepare and cleans job sites, loads and unloads materials, assembles and dismantles temporary structures, and operates hand and power tools. The laborer supports skilled tradespeople and ensures compliance with safety standards to maintain a productive and hazard-free work environment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: - Perform a variety of tasks involving strenuous manual labor in construction projects. - Perform trade for long hours daily, often in adverse conditions, to complete the project. - Perform general manual labor including cleaning and preparing sites, digging trenches, setting braces to support the sides of excavations, erecting scaffolding, cleaning up rubble and debris, accepting, storing, and moving material on the job site, SWPPP, carpenter tender or helper, demolition, and other duties as assigned. - Perform general manual labor, including the use of hand tools, and provide manual labor support for field activities. - Supporting Subcontractors’ activities. - Identify any hazards as observed for the safety of personn...
