Description Our client based in San Diego, CA is seeking an Executive Operations Manager to be the right-hand to the CEO/Founder. This is a newly created role and an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on a growing business. This is an on-site, full-time position. Position Overview: The Executive Operations Manager will work directly with the Founder to translate vision into structured execution. This individual will help structure operational infrastructure, coordinate underwriting and distributor activity, and drive forward key initiatives that enable scale. This role requires operational leadership, ownership, and strong judgment. It requires close collaboration with the CEO and comfort operating in an evolving, growth-stage environment. Insurance agency experience preferred.
