Salary: $ 90,000.00 - $126,000.00 / year plus eligibilty for annual bonus The Job: '': As a CNC Manufacturing Engineer, you'll be part of our Industrial team working as an On-site employee in our location at Berea, OH. Key Responsibilities: '''': ' Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing methods to improve safety, reduce scrap, improve first pass yields and throughput, and reduce costs. ' Research and develop new cutting technology and tooling approaches internally and with supply chain support. ' Specify and design new tooling or tooling improvements required to produce quality parts and troubleshoot CNC department programs and processes to resolve manufacturing throughput and quality issues.
