Human Resources Administrator - Immediate Start We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team. About Us: De Goey Contractors (DGC) provides specialist services in fabrication, protective coating, process piping, manufacturing, and labour hire. Our experienced team supports a wide range of coal mining, terminal maintenance, and port maintenance projects with a strong focus on quality, safety, and performance. The Role: This is an office-based position with an immediate start available. Reporting to the HR Team Leader, you will support day to day human resource operations. - Provide day-to-day HR administrative support across recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes - Maintain accurate employee records, including qualifications, licences and certifications - Review applications, screen candidates, and coordinate recruitment activities - Manage training bookings, inductions, and maintain training and competency records - Support workforce coordination including rostering update...
