YOUR MISSION: As our Chief of Staff to the Founders, Operations & Risk, you’ll work directly with the founders on some of the company’s most critical priorities across operations, credit risk, and finance. This is a role for an exceptional, high-potential profile early in their career. Someone with the ambition and execution ability to operate far above their tenure. You’ll help solve complex cross-functional problems, build scalable processes, introduce automation, improve decision-making in risk and finance, and drive mission-critical initiatives from analysis to implementation.
