Job description
What we offer: The Lead Control Technician is responsible for completing tasks as assigned by his/her supervisor. These tasks include: advance system troubleshooting and repair, project management, technical leadership, system commissioning, energy efficiency analysis, leadership and training, compliance and safety oversight, budgeting and cost estimation, client consultation and process improvement and servicing of Building Automation Systems (BAS) controlling and monitoring commercial building HVAC equipment. This person should also maintain open communications, deliver top quality workmanship, develop customer relationships, and complete tasks/projects timely.
