Benefits: The Assistant Baker's position requires you to follow strict proprietary recipes, NbC methods and food safety standards. Accountabilities/Duties: Compensation: $13.50 - $15.50 per hour - Employee discounts - Flexible schedule - Effectively utilizes measuring instruments, commercial-grade mixers and ovens, and other tools to bake cakes. - Accurately prepares raw ingredients and equipment for baking, places cake pans into hot oven and monitors the baking process. - Adheres to the proper packaging, labeling, and storage of baked cakes as well as product rotation standards, and maintains baking and refrigeration logs. . - Works well with baker and being apart of a team, seeking someone who is punctual, responsible, mature, and reliable. - Pay rate will be $13.50-$15.50 once training has been completed - Paid Holidays! We pay you for all 6 holidays we close !
