Job Summary: The Distribution Team Member I is responsible for loading and unloading trailers, staging orders, and checking products for loading accuracy. $21 to start, $23 after training Skill based pay as you learn. 4 days a week, 10-hour shifts What you will learn: - Load and unload trucks accurately in a timely manner. - Complete loading or receiving tasks to safety and quality standards. - Completion of required daily Distribution paperwork. - Operate fork trucks and other material handling equipment. - Warehouse housekeeping for food production. - Learn Safety methods, for federal, state and local regulations and Papa John's International, Inc. - Perform other duties as assigned. Education, Experience & Certifications: - Ability to read and/or understand written policy, instruction and direction. English required. - Ability to perform Basic math.
