Job DetailsJob Location: Tigerville Campus - Tigerville, SC 29688Position Type: Graduate AssistantEducation Level: 4 Year DegreePOSITION SUMMARY: The Graduate Assistant Coach will support the Head Coach in all aspects of coaching, including planning and conducting practices, preparing for games and competitions, and fostering a positive and safe environment. This role is vital in helping our student-athletes achieve their full potential both on and off the field. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Assist the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and conducting practice sessions. - Support the development and implementation of game and competition strategies. - Provide instruction during practice sessions and assist with pregame warmups. - Assist with video analysis, opponent scouting, and the breakdown of game film for teaching purposes. - Help ensure the safety and well-being of all team members during practices, games, and competitions. - Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive team culture. - Assist in the recruitment and retention of talented student-athletes, including identifying prospective student-athletes and supporting recruiting activities. - Participate in team events, fundraisers,...
