Job description

Here’s what you’ll be doing: - Executes housekeeping duties to include general cleaning, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, washing windows, disinfecting areas, ect. - Plans and performs minor repairs and maintains housekeeping equipment. - Plans occasional painting of walls and ceilings and is able to use a ladder. - Removes snow/ice from entrances and walkways. - Maintains effective communication with Manager and co-workers. Here’s what you’ll need to be successful: - High School Diploma or GED. - CPR Certification may be required. - Capable of using sound judgement and working with minimal supervision. - Must successfully pass all applicable background checks and drug screens Preferred Qualifications: - Two year’s work of janitorial experience or related field preferred.
