Location: Denton,Texas,United States Texas Coalition for Animal Protection (TCAP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established to end animal overpopulation and improve community animal welfare by providing low-cost preventive veterinary services throughout North Texas. We operate high-volume clinics that serve thousands of pets each year. Our work is fast-paced, mission-driven, and deeply impactful. We are seeking a mission and business driven Clinic Manager who can lead daily operations while ensuring the financial sustainability of our services. This role is responsible for managing revenue streams, monitoring financial performance, improving efficiency and maintaining a positive team culture and ensuring a high standard of patient and client care. This position will float between 2-3 different clinics in the DFW area.
