Job Title: Junior OR Mid Program Control Support Location: DC/Navy Yard (Telework is acceptable) Required Clearance : Secret: Salary: Negotiable: part-time position Job Description: The successful candidate will provide 0.25 FTE of Program Control and BFM support directly to IWS 2.0’s International Portfolio Manager within the PEO IWS 2.0 Above Water Sensors & Lasers Directorate. Primarily providing DoN FMS budget support and must have strong understanding of and the ability to understand and communicate effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all levels of government and industry, Principal Assistant Program Managers (PAPMs) and Assistant Program Managers (APMs). Specific responsibilities include: - Support all phases of the DoD Planning Programming Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) process with primary focus on FMS transactions - Develop and update programmatic briefings - Develop, distribute, compile, review, and track annual/monthly planning and budget documentation - Develop what-if scenarios and provide recommendations to meet budget requirements - Utilize and develop tools to add efficiency, provide insight, and enhance manageability to Program Control processes K...
